Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the class you are trying to book is unavailable or it is less than 24 hours prior to the start of class, you can contact us directly. Depending on availability, we can try and get you scheduled manually. Cancellation Policy When you schedule a class or training, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. Due to limited seating, we request that any cancellation be made at least 48-hours before your scheduled appointment. These cancellations will receive full credit that can be used to reschedule the appointment for a later time and date. If you are cancelling in less than 24-hours from your scheduled appointment, you will need to speak with us directly. We understand that things happen; however, late cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, these cancellations will incur an additional fee of $10 to reschedule. No Call - No Show We will allow students up to 15 minutes after the start time of class to attend. After the 15 minutes are up, they will be marked as a No-Call/No-Show. There will be NO REFUNDS for a No-Call/No-Show.
