When you schedule a class or training, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. Due to limited seating, we request that any cancellation be made at least 48-hours before your scheduled appointment. You may contact us via phone at 281-790-4237 or email at support@smartsafety.solutions. These cancellations will receive full credit that can be used to reschedule the appointment for a later time and date. 
If you are cancelling in less than 24-hours from your scheduled appointment, you will need to speak with us directly. We understand that things happen; however, late cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, these cancellations will incur an additional fee of $25 to reschedule.

Refund Policy

We generally have a NO REFUND policy on all training, classes, in-person appointments, or online training. We understand that emergencies or other instances arise, so if you feel you need a refund, you will need to submit your request in writing, and it must be signed and dated. If approved, a refund will be issued in 7-10 business days. If a credit card was used to secure the appointment, the refund will be issued minus any credit card or any applicable processing charges (generally 2.9%)

Company Rescheduling

Smart Safety & Development Solutions and its instructors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class when there is a lack of participation. Each class or program must have at least 3 participants enrolled in order to be held. It will be at the individual instructor(s) discretion whether they choose to hold a class with a lesser number of participants.

We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of inclement weather. We want to ensure the safety of our instructors as well as our program participants.
